JADE Wellness Center is a premiere outpatient treatment program located in the Pittsburgh Area. It is the mission of JADE Wellness Center to alleviate the pain of addiction by providing research-based interventions in a dignified, respectful and professional treatment environment. We pride ourselves on our ability to help combat the addictive process with compassion and understanding.

JADE Wellness Center IOP is an excellent option as a step down from residential treatment programs. We offer both day and evening programs in order to best meet the client's need and time constraints. Additionally, we also provide a 12-month continuum of comprehensive rehabilitation services. Research has shown that staying involved in ongoing treatment & support services greatly lessens the likelihood for future relapse.

JADE Wellness Center supports the use of treatment methods that have been shown through research to be effective in helping people to achieve and maintain abstinence. This includes the use of the Matrix Model of treatment, which emphasizes the changing of thoughts and behaviors that keep you trapped in the addictive cycle.

Jade Wellness Center offers comprehensive, individualized aftercare programs which include ongoing individual, couples and/or family psychotherapy, aftercare peer support group and monthly telephone or email support follow-up. In collaboration with your primary therapist, you will develop an effective aftercare plan that best meets your needs.
