Sober living homes in the State of New York do not dispense medication and are not intended for those needing detoxification or the rigidity of attending groups and therapy sessions throughout the day. The Mary Deveau Woman's Sober Living Home is intended for those seeking to maintain their lives and continue working their daily jobs/careers while also living in a safe, drug-free environment and integrating the 12-step recovery program into their routine in order to learn how to deal with the many day-to-day hurdles that life often presents.
