Reputable local IOP, Therapy and Counseling services available. Most of our residents qualify for a “Bridge Card” from the State for free groceries.

Private rooms are available to residents with a year or more of clean time for $900 per month.

Resident (Live-In) House Manager - In Recovery - In Each Structured Living, LLC Residence.

Senior House Manager visits each house daily, and does surprise visits at odd hours.

Each House Manager completes a report on their residence via phone or email on a daily basis.

All locations for our Sober Housing are cherry picked in "clean" neighborhoods, on bus lines, with short rides to IOP services, AA/NA meetings, hospitals, schools, work places, and shopping.

Ann Arbor has a great public transportation system. Monthly bus passes are available for $48.

All locations in the Structured Living, LLC community have a strict ZERO TOLERANCE policy for drugs and alcohol. Residents are randomly tested.
